Ethan & Eddy were born and raised in Nashville, TN and are engineers by trade. They have been best friends since 3 years old and attended the same elementary school, middle school, and high school. They played soccer together their whole lives and began starting businesses the summer of their freshman year of college. Using the money they profited from their first landscaping venture, Ethan began his real estate journey buying a single family house in Huntsville, AL during college. Eddy started a sanitizing business that took off during the pandemic, after which he began his real estate journey by buying a condo in Nashville, TN. After finding themselves unhappy in their 9-5 engineering jobs straight out of college, and after flipping more than 200 couches to acquire capital for their real estate ventures, Ethan & Eddy dove into residential and multifamily real estate investing full time. They focus on building strong relationships in real estate to grow not only their network, but also the networks of those around them.
